Sounds Of Industry is an ongoing project wherein composer Gavin Clarke seeks to highlight and celebrate the vital role of primary industries in underpinning our society by composing music that works in harmony with inherent rhythm's and pitches that are generated by modern industries.
This performance focuses on local pastured free-range egg producers - The Splendid Egg. The Splendid Egg is a partnership between local farmers committed to regenerative farming and producing the highest quality Splendid Eggs. They have been delighted to be involved in this innovative, cross-industry initiative and are happy to share a little of the behind-the-scenes magic that goes into delivering golden yolked eggs of the highest quality.
